- Sapphire Club membership card / package fee is Rs. 11,000 plus applicable taxes i.e. Rs. 11,000/- plus Rs. 1,980 (18% GST) = Rs. 12,980/- for one entire year
- Sapphire Club membership is valid for one year from the month of purchase
- Sapphire Club membership card / package once purchased cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Sapphire Club membership card, only 1 (one) card per table, per dining visit will be accepted.
- Sapphire Club membership card discounts & gift certificates are not valid on Blackout dates. Blackout dates include Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, & Valentine’s Day and any other day as specified by the hotel.
- Sapphire Club membership card is an individual, non- transferable card that is personally embossed with the member’s name, number and expiration date.
- This card does not entitle the members to any credit facilities therefore the payment should be made by cash or credit card or debit card on presentation of the bill.
- Membership benefits will be honoured only upon presentation of a valid membership
- The membership card discounts, and certificates will all be valid for 12 months from the month of purchase. All lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately. An administration fee of Rs. 500 will be charged to the member and replacement will be issued with the same expiration date. No new certificates will be issued with the replacement of the card.
- The membership card is the property of Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Dwarka, who reserves the right to withdraw membership privileges or retain or recall the card in cases of misuse or misconduct / behavior to the hotel’s environment by the member or their guest.
- All the certificates are non transferable to any third party.
- Certificate benefits will only be awarded upon the presentation of corresponding certificate.
- Please note that loss of gift certificates will not be replaced.
- Members may avail only two (2) certificates at one time in one outlet, on one table at one seating / bill.
- Benefits will only be honoured upon the presentation of the corresponding gift certificate. Please note loss or theft of certificates are the member’s responsibility and therefore will not be replaced. Money cannot be refunded in such cases.
- Limitation of Liability – Sapphire Club / Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Dwarka if found liable to the member or his guest then such claim is strictly limited to the annual cost of the membership Rs. 11,000/- Excluding applicable taxes.
- For administrative, marketing and accounting purposes, Sapphire Club of Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Dwarka and its associated companies may hold relevant information specific to the membership programme from the members, Sapphire Club shall be entitled to contact the respective member on his given contact details for marketing related information, via Email, SMS & phone.
- The membership of Sapphire Club is sold / marketed only through its vendor company Hotel Solutions India.
- Sapphire Club reserves the right to change, modify, add, delete any benefit and terms & conditions of Sapphire Club membership programme without giving any prior notice.
