Members Day Valid at all the Restaurant’s

Every Tuesday & Thursday at the restaurant’s for minimum 2 to maximum 10 people members avail (Ala Carte) – 50%Discount on food & 20% Discount on beverages

1. Sapphire Club membership card / package fee is INR. 5,000/- plus applicable taxes INR 900/- (18% GST) i.e. Rs. 5900/- for one entire year.
2. Sapphire Club membership is valid for one year from the month of purchase.
3. Sapphire Club membership card / package once purchased cannot be cancelled or refunded.
4. Sapphire Club membership card discounts & gift certificates are not valid on blackout dates. Blackout dates include Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day & any other day as specified by the hotel.
5. Sapphire Club membership card is an individual, non- transferable card that is personally embossed with the member’s name, membership number and expiration date. This card does not entitle the members to any credit facilities therefore the payment should be made by cash or credit card or debit card on presentation of the bill.
6. Membership benefits will be honored only upon presentation of a valid membership card.
7. The membership card discounts, and certificates will all be valid for 12 months from the month of purchase. All lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately. An administration fee of Rs. 500 will be charged to the member and replacement will be issued with the same expiration date. No new certificates will be issued with the replacement card
8. Sapphire Club membership card is the property of Radisson Blu Hotel Ahmedabad who reserves the right to withdraw membership privileges or retain or recall the card in cases of misuse or misconduct/ behavior to the hotel’s environment by the member or their guest.
9. All the certificates are non transferable.
10. Certificate benefits will only be awarded upon the presentation of corresponding certificate.
11. Please note that lost gift vouchers will not be replaced.
12. Benefits will only be honored upon the presentation of the corresponding gift certificate. Please note loss or theft of certificates are the member’s responsibility and therefore will not be replaced. Money cannot be refunded in such case.
13. Limitation of Liability – Radisson Blu Hotel Ahmedabad if found liable to the member or his guest then such claim is strictly limited to the annual cost of the membership INR 5,000/-, excluding applicable taxes.
14. For administrative, marketing and accounting purposes, Sapphire Club of Radisson Blue Atria Bangalore and its associated companies may hold relevant information specific to the membership programme from the members, Sapphire Club shall be entitled to contact the respective member on his given contact details for marketing related information, via Email, SMS & Phone
15. The membership of Sapphire Club of Radisson Blu Hotel Ahmedabad is sold / marketed only through its vendor company Hotel Solutions India, no other party other than Hotel Solutions India is authorized to sell the membership. The unauthorized reproduction, sale or resale of any portion of this membership package as a whole or part is illegal. Should any of the parties other than Hotel Solutions India is found involved whether directly or indirectly in this activity, in such a case the membership as a whole or part so issued shall be terminated with effect. Refund shall not be processed in such a case.
16. Sapphire Club reserves the right to change, modify, add, delete any benefit and terms & conditions of Sapphire Club membership programme without giving any prior notice.
